Cancellation And Refunds Policy :

You may cancel the booking 24 hour prior to the time of journey, without any cancellation charges for all services. In case cancellation or shorting of the trip is requested within 24 hours of the pick-up time, then following rules will apply:

1) Multi Day trip: The charge for the first day would be deducted from the total amount and refund will be issued to the user.

2) Single Day trip/ Airport transfer: No Refund will be issued to the user.

3) Airport transfer: No Cancellation Charges if Cancelled at least 2 hours prior of pickup time.

Any cancellation or shortening of the trip has to be done 24 hours before the trip takes place. In case of cancellation, charge for the first day will be billed. In case of no show, a charge of 20% of the total amount that the trip was booked for or charge for the first day, whichever of the two is more, will be billed for the trip. The charge for the first day will be calculated as follows:

1) If an outstation trip was planned on the first day, charge will be for minimum outstation kilometers and driver allowance for one day as applicable for the pickup city.

2) If local trip was planned on the first day, the charge will be for the entire local trip as scheduled for that day.

Refunds :
